IronVector ("we", "our", "the app") is a workout tracking application for iOS. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, where it is stored, and what control you have over it.
1. Data we collect
- Workout data you enter, including exercises, sets, reps, weights, duration, and workout history.
- Optional profile data such as display name, age range, body stats, training goals, and experience level.
- Apple Sign In identifiers and, when shared, your Apple relay email address for account continuity.
- Equipment preferences, excluded exercises, and planning choices used for personalized programming.
- AI coach prompts and related workout context when you use the coaching feature.
We do not use advertising identifiers, third-party ad tracking, contact scraping, or HealthKit imports.
2. How we use the data
- To save and sync your training history.
- To generate workouts, progression, and coaching responses tailored to your profile and workout history.
- To maintain service security, reliability, and support operations.
3. Where data is stored
- On your device using SwiftData so the app remains usable offline.
- In your personal iCloud account through CloudKit if you enable iCloud sync.
- On our exercise catalog infrastructure for exercise data and related media.
- On our AI backend for pseudonymous coaching requests and responses.
4. Third-party services
- Apple Sign In for authentication.
- Apple CloudKit for optional sync.
- Cloudflare Workers for AI coach processing.
- Apple App Store and StoreKit for subscriptions and payments.
Payment details are processed by Apple. We do not receive or store raw payment card information.
5. Retention
- On-device data remains until you delete it or remove the app.
- iCloud data remains under Apple's retention rules and your iCloud settings.
- AI coach data may be retained for service continuity unless you request deletion.
6. Your rights
- Request deletion of AI coach data we control.
- Use the app offline and limit sync behavior through Apple settings.
- Ask questions about the information associated with your account.
7. Data deletion requests
Email privacy@ironvector.ca with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include enough information for us to identify the account safely. We aim to process verified requests within 14 days.
8. Children's privacy
IronVector is not intended for children under 13. If you believe data has been collected from a child in error, contact us and we will investigate promptly.
9. Updates
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted here with a revised effective date.
